Refund policy


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges: 

  • Cigars, cigar packs, consumable tobacco products
  • Customized or engraved cigars, boxes or accessories
  • Sales or promotional items 

Event Bookings & Services 

All deposits for mobile cigar lounge bookings, private events or curated experiences are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be transferable to a new date once, if rescheduled at least 14 days before the event.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit in full. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Eligible cases may receive: 

  • A replacement item (if available), or 
  • A store credit

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun, especially for customized products. 

Processing Time

Approved refunds (store credit only) are issued within 3-5 business days.
